The larges telecom provider in the the country of Afghnistan – Roshan Telecom Ltd started the ISO 9001 implementation process for its 200 seater customer care division with lakshy managment consultant pvt ltd. Trainer from lakshy conducted a series of 8 training sessions covering all the employees on basis awareness of ISO 9001 standards. Inbound call center, outbound call center, audit monitoring, support division, Customer registraion process are the areas to be covered under this ISO 9001 implementation as the scope of quality managemetn system.

Call center director Ms. Iole is identified as the managemetn representative for the project supported by a core team of 5 process owners from across the organization.

The project for iso 9001 for roshan is scheduled with a 4 months completion. once completed they will be one of the selective captive call centers of the telcom companies across the world to get iso 9001 certificate for the customer care divsion.
