Ensuring that the system works is a vital part of ISO 9001:2008. Keeping this in mind and with intentions to perform internal audits to check how its quality management system is working, the Dubai based Al Taqa Equipment Company LLC, contacted Sterling International Consulting FZE an offshoot of the parent company Lakshy Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd to initiate the ISO 9001:2008 Consulting Project Abu Dhabi in U.A.E.

Sterling International Consulting FZE will start the process starts awareness training across the organization, followed by a Gap analysis then documentation and implementation further followed by Internal Audit and Pre-assessment Audit till the Final Certification is carried on. The company will also partner Al Taqa Equipment company post Certification so that slowly the newly developed ISO system can become self-dependent and system driven.
