Ratnagiri Gas & Power Private Limited calls in Lakshy Management Consultant Pvt for IMS Certification

September, 24, 2014, Ratnagiri: Ratnagiri Gas & Power Private Limited (RGPPL) has called in Lakshy Management Consultant Pvt (Lakshy) for deploying Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Certification within the company operations in Ratnagiri. Accordingly, Lakshy will deploy (IMS) systems RGPPL.

IMS is a management system that integrates all of an organization’s systems and processes in to one complete framework thereby enabling an organization to work as a single unit with unified objectives.

IMS allows a management team to create one employee structure that can help to effectively and efficiently deliver an organization’s objectives. From managing people; and also encourage best practice to minimizing risks and maximizing resources. Thus, an integrated approach can help RRPGL to achieve their objectives.

As per Lakshy’s due diligence, RRPGL has one of its plants located at Ratnagiri Village called Anjanwel, District Ratnagiri in the state of Maharashtra (India) nearly 330 KM from Mumbai, 45 KM off the Mumbai-Goa National Highway (NH-17). This picturesque project site is spread in almost 1700 Acres of hilly coastal terrain.

Lakshy has hereby decided that it will deploy ISO 17025 standards within RPPGL. According to the understanding Lakshy Management Consultant Pvt will work to conduct the Gap Analysis which forms the part of the testing processes. The operations will kick-start at RRPGL premises in Ratnagiri.

In its certification program, Lakshy Management Consultant Pvt begins with awareness training across the organization, followed by a Gap analysis then documentation and implementation. This is then followed by Internal Audit and Pre-assessment Audit till the Final Certification is carried on. The company ensures that it also provides the organization post certification.
ISO/IEC 17025 General requirement for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories is the main ISO standard used by testing and calibration laboratories and it applies directly to those organizations that produce testing and calibration result.
