This is result of the award of ISO 9001 consulting project to Lakshy – one of the largest ISO certification consulting companies in india with clients in more than 30 countries by The Sherwin-Williams Company – India on the basis of competence of the consultants, project plan, implementation methodology assessment and commercials .

The process started with a formal meeting of operations head, management representative, various representatives for different departments of the company and consulting team from lakshy. Overall strategy to implement the standard requirements, awareness on concepts of ISO 9001 and road map ahead were discussed.
It was reaffirmed by the consulting team of lakshy and management team of Sherwin Williams that the objective of the exercise of certification is not just to get ISO 9001 certificate but to really implement the process approach and achieve process standardization.
In the second meeting, process approach was discussed and each of the departments have started their process identification and describining process parametes including process input, process flow, process output and process effectiveness parameters.

On the basis of as is analysis, to be process will be worked out and implemented in next 2 months.
